Rajah Minced Ginger provides all the flavour and texture of fresh ginger, without any of the inconvenience of peeling and chopping. Simply add the required amount direct from the jar. 1 tsp - approx. 2.5 cm knob of fresh ginger.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks.
