Tiger Tiger Lychees have a sweet delicate flavour. They have a pale white juicy flesh and a sweet, crisp scent.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, remove contents from can and place in a non-metallic container. Keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.

Recipe Suggestion
Lychee Trifle
Ingredients: 1 stale sponge cake, 4 tbsp brandy or port, 2 cups Tiger Tiger Lychees, 2 cups mango puree, 1 pint custard, 3/4 cup whipped cream.
Method: Cut cake in to 1/2" cubed and place in a serving bowl. Pour port or brandy over the cake. Chop lychees and mix with mango puree and custard at about room temperature. Pour custard mixture over the cake. Refrigerate and decorate with whipped cream before serving.
