Serving Suggestion:
Spiced Fried Bamboo Shoots With Chicken (Serves 6):
1. Stir-fry 3 tbsp Red Curry Paste (Maesri brand) with 4 tbsp oil. Stir well
2. Add 250g chicken, 340g bamboo shoots, 1 tbsp sugar. Stir until chicken is done. Put in bergamot leaves, hot basil leaves and chillies

Storage Instruction: Keep refrigerated after opening.
