Description:Shine Farm Brand Bamboo Sushi Mat

Maki Sushi (Rolled Sushi)

Ingredients:
500g cooked short grain rice
1 tbsp sushi vinegar
5 sheets roasted seaweed
Wasabi (optional)
Your choice or fillings - tuna, chicken, crab, prawn, cucumber, avocado, lettuce, scrambled egg etc.

Method:
1. Pour sushi vinegar over cold rice and mix through gently.
2. Place seaweed shiny side down on bamboo mat.
3. Spread vinegared rice evenly over the seaweed, leaving 3cm of one end free of rice.
4. Place fillings and wasabi in a line about 3cm in from the other end.
5. Starting from the end with filling lift the bamboo mat and begin to roll the sheet. Wet the strip at the end. Apply gentle pressure to join edges of seaweed.
6. Slice with a wet knife and then ready to be served.
