Traditional Malaysian Recipe

Cheffaro Chicken Curry Paste is a blend of aromatics, chillies, garlic, onions, freshly ground herbs and spices, which are gently heated to draw out its flavour when cooking. This delicious scent cooked into the chicken and potatoes. Best spooned onto steamy rice or roti!

Cooking Instructions (Serves 6-8 persons)
Stir fry 200g Cheffaro Chicken Curry Paste under medium heat until fragrant. Add in 1.5kg chicken (or preferred meat), continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Add in 400ml water, stir occasionally and cover lid. Simmer in medium heat for 15 minutes or till cooked. Add in pre-fried potato and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add in 200ml fresh milk or coconut milk. Stir well and bring to a quick boil. Serve hot.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat. Refrigerate after opening.

May contain traces of candle nut, shrimp and peanut residues. Manufactured in a facility that processes products containing mustard, fish, crustacean, molluscs, peanuts, sesame, gluten, egg, soy and sulphites.
