Stir Fries: Simmer for 2 mins, quickly rinse in cold water, then stir-fry with sauce for 1 min.
Soups: Simmer for 3 mins, then add to broth or any soup base of your choice.

Pair with Lee Kum Kee Sauces for a tasty meal.
Chill Noodle Salad
Ingredients: 1 serving of Lee Kum Kee 4-Flavour Noodles. 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Chilli Sauce. 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil.
Method: Simmer the noodles for 3 minutes, then drain and place in a bowl. Toss with the seasoning, 1/2 a chopped cucumber, and 50g of sliced radishes.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
Ingredients:Ramen Noodles: Wheat Flour 70%, Water, Ethyl Alcohol, Modified Potato Starch, Humectant (Sorbitol), Salt, Corn Starch, Antioxidant (Sodium Lactate), Acidity Regulator (Potassium Carbonates, Sodium Carbonates)
