Description:Lion Brand Chop Suey Noodles (Chow Mein No. 1)

Preparation Recommendations:
1. Soak in boiling water until noodles have separated.
2. Rinse in cold water.
3. Drain.
4. Noodles are now ready to use for either soup or frying.

Fried Noodles:
Fry thinly sliced meat in a little oil until almost cooked. Add chopped vegetables and fry for a few minutes more. Add noodles to meat and vegetables, season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and soya sauce. Cook until noodles are soft and serve.

Chicken Noodle Soup:
Place noodles in rapidly boiling chicken stock. Boil until noodles are soft. Add thinly sliced cooked chicken, chopped spring onions. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and soya sauce to taste. Serve immediately.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place off the floor.

May also contain traces of egg.
