Description:Shuijing Shuangji Egg Flavour Noodles

Instruction for use: Cook noodles in rapid boiling water for about 2 minutes, add a cup of cold water, bring it back to a boil, drain then rinse with cold water, then ready to add to boiling hot well-seasoned soup with meat and vegetables. For stir-frying, soak the noodles in warm water for 20 minutes, then drain, stir fry over high heat for 3 minutes.

Store in cool and dry place, once opened in airtight container.
Ingredients:Wheat Flour, Water, Egg (1.5%), Salt, Emulsifier (E450, E451, E452i), Colour (E100).
