Description:Chef's World Hokkien Noodles (98% Fat Free)
Hokkien noodles are used in delectable dishes such as Laksa, Mee Goreng and Hokkien Mee. These special thick chunky noodles combine perfectly with the flavours of meat or seafood.

Ready in 3 minutes. Soup. Stir-Fry
Preparation: Remove noodles from pack and place in a bowl. Cover with boiling water and gently separate the noodles. Allow to soak for one minute then drain. The noodles are now ready to eat or add to stir-fry.

Vegetable Noodles Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
1 packet Chef's World Hokkien Noodles
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 red capsicum
500g green beans
50g broccoli
20g beansprouts
3 button mushrooms (sliced)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
Cooking Directions:
1. Rinse noodles with boiling water to loosen noodles
2. Stir-fry vegetables in oil over high heat with garlic, until just cooked through
3. Add noodles and sauces. Stir through until combined
4. Serve garnished with coriander
