Description:Jazz Taiwan Noodles (Thin)

Directions for preparation
1. Roasted: Soak the noodle thoroughly in hot water for about 2-3 minutes and then take it up. Then put the fried meat slices or cubes together with shelled shrimps, mushrooms or vegetables etc if available. Roast them for about 1-2 minutes together. It may also be seasoned with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or mustard etc if preferred.
2. Cooked in soup: Boil the noodle in flavoured soup for a few minutes and add condiments before being served.

To be stored cool and dry.
Ingredients:Wheat Flour (90%), Water, Salt.
