Description:Kanesu Seimen Uji Matcha Soba (Matcha Flavour Soba Noodles)

Cooking Instructions: Put the soba in a pan of roughly 2 litres of boiling water. Mix lightly for approximately 4-5 minutes and then strain the soba. Wash amply with cold water to cool the soba down and serve with dipping sauce or garnished with seaweed and vegetables.

Keep in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
