Description:Vifon Instant Noodles (Hot Lobster Tom Hum Cay)

Serving Directions:
Add the noodle about 600ml (3 cups) of boiling water and boil for about 1 minutes.
Drain off water, leave about 4 tablespoons of water, then add the sauce pack and fry for about 40 seconds on a low heat.
Turn off the light, cut the vegetables pack, sprinkle and mix with noodles. Serve and enjoy.

Keep in dry, cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
Ingredients:Noodle: Wheat Flour, Palm Fat, Tapioca Starch, Modified Potato Starch, Salt, Sugar, Stabilisers (Triphosphates, Guar Gum), Raising Agents (Sodium Carbonates, Potassium Carbonates), Turmeric.

Sauce Pack: Water, Red Shallot, Sugar, Tomato Paste, Refined Palm Oil Shrimp Tomalley Oil, Molasses, Chilli Powder, Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate), Shrimp Powder, Salt, Lemongrass, Concentrated Soy Sauce (Soy Bean Meal, Water), Hydrolysed Soy Protein, Chilli Extract, Pepper Powder, Colours (Paprika Extract, Carotenes), Yeast Extract, Fish Sauce (Fresh Anchovy (75%), Salt), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Antioxidant (Tocopherol-Rich Extract).

Dried Vegetable Pack: Roasted Sesame, Dried Seaweed.
