Description:Liziqi Instant Rice Vermicelli (Luosifen)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Add vermicelli to a pot od cold water and bring to boil.
2. Bring to medium heat and cook for 8 minutes, remove and set aside.
3. Refill 400ml of cold water, put the boiled vermicelli into the water and add the snail soup, sour bamboo shoot, sour beans, black fungus and pickled radish to boil together.
4. Cease fire after the water boil, and then add chilli oil, peanut, beancurd, stir well and serve.

Store in cool dry place, away from sunlight.

Contains Soybean, Peanut.

Sour Bamboo Shoot Pack: Sour Bamboo Shoot (Bamboo Shoot, Water, Salt, Preservative (E221, E223, E202)), Salt, Vegetable Oil, Chilli.

Beancurd (Soybean) Pack: Fried Beancurd (Soybean), Vegetable Oil.

Peanut Pack: Peanut Kernel, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Sugar, Flavour Agent (E621).

Vinegar Pack: Vinegar (Water, Alcohol, Yeast), Water, Garlic, Chilli, Monosodium Glutamate.

Sour Beans, Black Fungus, Pickled Radish Pack: Sour Beans (Beans, Water, Salt, Preservative (E221, E223, E202)), Water, Black Fungus, Pickled Radish (Radish, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Food Additives (Preservative (E202), Sweetener (E955)), Chilli, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate.
