Description:Liziqi Instant Rice Vermicelli (Pepper & Sour Bamboo Shoot Luosifen)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Add vermicelli to a pot od cold water and bring to boil.
2. Bring to medium heat and cook for 8 minutes, remove and set aside.
3. Refill 400ml of cold water, put the boiled vermicelli into the water and add the snail soup, sour bamboo shoot, sour beans, black fungus and pickled radish to boil together.
4. Turn off the heat once the water boils, add chilli oil, peanut, beancurd, stir well and serve.

Store in cool dry place, away from sunlight.
