Description:Qin Zong Shaanxi Cold Noodles (Spicy Flavour)

Serving Suggestion:
Put the noodles in a bowl, then pout in boiling water.
Soak the noodles for 10-15 minutes until it get soft completely, then rinse with cold water for smooth and chewable texture.
Remove the noodles from water and drain well.
Add seasoning to the noodles and mix well, your delicious Shaanxi cold noodles is ready to serve (some vinegar can also be added if you like).
