Authentic Sichuan Flavour

To prepare in a bowl: Place the vegetable, vermicelli and sauce into a bowl. Add boiling water to cover contents. Place lid to cover the bowl and leave to stand for 8-10 minutes.

To cook in a pan: Add the vegetable, vermicelli and sauce to 1ltr of boiling water and cook for 5 mins.
Ingredients:Seasoning Packet: Rapeseed Oil, Broad Bean Paste (Chilli, Broad Bean, Salt, Wheat Flour), Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Chilli, Sichuan Pepper, Rock Sugar, Fermented Soybeans (Soybean, Water, Salt, Fermented Glutinous Rice), White Pepper, Yeast Extract, Spices (Star Anise, Fennel), Flavour Enhancer (E621, E635), Colour (E160c).

Sweet Potato Noodles: Sweet Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Water.

Vegetable Packet: Lotus Root, Eryngii Mushroom, Bamboo Shoots, Black Fungus, Potato, Flavour Enhancer (E621, E635), Preservative (E202, E270), Acid (E330).
