Steamed Air-dried Noodle

A quick proper meal in 7 minutes. Using Prima Taste Paste (not seasoning powder). Steamed Air-Dried Noodle (not fried). Robust Authentic Taste.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Add (a) Fish Soup Stock into 500ml of water and bring to boil.
2. Put noodles into the boiling fish soup. Adjust to medium heat and boil for 6 1/2 minutes.
3. Adjust to high heat and boil for 1/2 min. Then, stir in (b) Fish Soup Spice Oil into fish soup. For a more robust taste, you may also stir in 2 tsp hua tiao wien (Chinese Cooking Wine) or 1/2 tsp whisky. Fish Soup LaMian is ready to serve.

For a more indulgent meal, at Step 2, you may add thinly sliced fish (we recommend Garoupa or Red Snapper), cooked fish balls and vegetables at the 6th minute.

Ingredients:Fish Soup Stock: Stock (Water, Fish Bone [27%], Chicken Bone, Radish, Onion, Soya Bean, Chicken, Ginger, Dried Anchovy [2%], Garlic, Leek, Galangal, Salt, Sugar, Spring Onion, Rice, White Pepper), Evaporated Filled Milk (Milk Solids, Vegetable Oil [Palm Olein], Stabilisers [Sodium Phosphates, Carageenan], Emulsifier [Lecithin, Mono & Di-Glycerides Of Fatty Acids), Vitamin A, Vitamin D), Yeast Extract.

Fish Soup Spice Oil: Vegetable oil (Palm Olein, Sesame Oil, Shallot, Ginger.
