Noodle soup using authentic cooking paste.

Non-fried, thick, round & straight noodles, as good as hand-made.
Smooth & firm noodle texture with good standing quality.
Soup base made with cooking paste and seasoning powder.
Good for creating gourmet meals.

HALAL

Add soup base and premix into 400ml water, bring to boil. Add noodled and low boil for 7 mins.

May contain peanut, sesame, fish, tree nut, celery, mollusc, egg, lupin.

Ingredients:Noodles/Lamian (55%): Wheat Flour, Salt, Acidity Regulators (E500, E339), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin).

Soup Base: Palm Olein, Chilli Paste (Water, Dried Chilli, Salt), Dried Shrimp (Crustacean), Water, Shallot, Galangal, Shrimp Paste (Crustacean) [Shrimp (Crustacean), Salt], Turmeric, Turmeric Powder, Lemon Grass, Laksa Leaf, Chilli, White Pepper Powder, Acidity Regulator (E327), Chilli Powder.

Premix: Coconut Milk Powder (15.2%) [Coconut Milk Solids, Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate (Milk)], Salt, Sugar, Skim Milk Powder, Yeast Extract, Acidity Regulator (E330).
