Description:Han En Cai Sour & Spicy Vermicelli (Suan La Fen)

Instruction for use:
1. Rinse the vermicelli then drain.
2. Put vermicelli and seasoning together into the boil, and put into boiling hot water, cover with lid for 7 minutes.
3. Stir well then serve.

Store in cool and dry place.
Ingredients:Vermicelli: Sweet Potato Starch, Potato Starch, Cassava Starch, Water, Preservative (E266), Acidity Regulator (E523).

Sauce Bag: Vegetable Oil, Chilli, Sichuan Pepper, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202).

Powder Bag: Salt, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Chilli, Yeast Extract, Spices, Anti-Caking Agent (R551).

Vinegar Pack: Vinegar.

Vegetable Bag: Dehydrated Carrot, Dehydrated Cabbage.

Soya Bag: Roasted Soya.
