Description:Sichuan Hot Pot Vermicelli

Cooking Instructions:
By Soaking:
1. Put the vermicelli and seasoning into a bowl
2. Add water (about 500 ml and over 90C) into the bowl, cover with a lid and leave for 5 minutes
3. Mix well before serving
By Boiling:
1. Boil 1000g water in a pan
2. Put the vermicelli into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes
3. Transfer the vermicelli into a bowl, add the seasoning and 400 ml boiling. Mix well before serving
For a more sumptuous meal, add cooked ingredients according to your preferences
