Serving Suggestion: Pre-soak udon in water for 10 minutes. Boil water in pan, add udon to cook briefly for 2-4 minutes, stir, when udon is soft drain water and add udon to soup.

Storage: Keep in a cool dry place.
Ingredients:Potato Starch (70%), Green Bean Starch (30%).
