Description:Mailaoda XinZhu Style Vermicelli

1. Stir-fry: Soak Xin Zhu Vermicelli in cold water for about 30 minutes, then take then up and stir-fry them with garlic bolt shredded meat diced meat beef or shrimp meat, xianggu mushroom, etc for another 1-2 minutes, They may also be seasoned with tomato juice, chilli oil or mustard, etc when eaten.

2. Deef-fry: Put dry Xin Zhu Vermicelli (avoid being soaked in water) into boiling oil and they may be eaten together with porridge - after floating they will be delicious if stirred with shredded meat and xianggu mushroom etc.
