Description:Fortune Foods Jiang Xi Rice Vermicelli

Cooking Instructions:
Stir-fry
1. Place the rice vermicelli into boiling water and simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Rinse the rice vermicelli under cold or tap water for 1 minute.
2. Saute aromatics and other ingredients, then mix in the rice vermicelli, gently tossing to allow it to absorb the sauce evenly.
3. Reduce the medium heat, cover the pan with a lid, and let it simmer for about 2 minutes. Uncover, toss lightly, and serve on a plate. Enjoy!

Deep Fry
Place the rice sticks straight from the pack in to boiling oil until they float to the surface.

Soup Noodles
Boil the rice sticks with your favourite soup for a few minutes. add seasoning before serving.

Keep in a dry cool place.
