Description:Golden Pagoda Kong Moon Rice Sticks (Rice Vermicelli)

Cooking Method:
1. Stir Fried: Soak rice stick thoroughly in warm water for about 3-5 minutes and drain in a strainer. Fry meat, shrimps, mushrooms or vegetable, etc. Then put in the prepared rice stick and stir for another 1-2 minutes. It may be seasoned with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or soy sauce etc.

2. Deep Fried: Fry the unprepared rice stick in boiling oil for a few seconds until it turns lightly brown and fully expands. Perfect with congee and also make a delicious dish with shredded meat, mushrooms and shrimps, etc.

3. In Soup: Put the rice stick in boiling soup for a few minutes and add condiments before being served.
