Description:Directions for Preparation:
1. Stir-Fry: Soak rice vermicelli in hot water for 15-20 minutes. Drain. Heat 2tbsp of oil in a wok over a medium heat. Add prepared rice vermicelli and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add desired seasonings and stir-fry until well mixed. Serve warm.
2. Deep-Fry: Heat oil over a medium heat. Add small handfuls of dried rice vermicelli to the hot oil. Deep-Fry for 15-30 seconds until crispy.
3. Soup Noodles: Prepare desired soup base. Add dried rice vermicelli to soup base and boil until softened. Add seasonings. Serve warm.
