Directions for preparations:
1. Roasted: Soak rice stick in hot water for about 3-5 minutes and drain. Fry meat slices or cubes together with shrimps, mushrooms or vegetables etc. Add the rice stick and stir-roast for 1-2 minutes. You can season with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or mustard etc if preferred.

2. Fried: Fry the rice stick in hot oil (no need to soak). If preferred, can take with congee. It is also delicious with added shredded meat, mushrooms etc.

3. Cooked in Soup: Boil the rice stick in flavoured soup for a few minutes and add condiments before being served.

Ingredients:Rice Flour (60%), Tapioca Flour, Water, Salt.
