Cooking Directions:
Option 1: Place rice noodle cakes in a pot of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the rice noodles, rinse with water and let it dry. Enjoy with broth, or stir-fry with vegetable, seafood, meat and spices.
Option 2: Soak one rice noodle cake in hot water (400 ml) for 10 minutes, or until softened. Stir well and drain the water off. Stir-fry meat and vegetable, then add spices and rice noodles. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Mix well before serving.
