Cornstarch Noodles & Stir Fry Mix

Cooking Instructions:
In a wok saute 1 garlic head, 1 pc onion in 1 tbsp cooking oil. Make sure that the onions wilt before adding 350g peeled shrimps. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Pour 1 pouch Mama Sita's Pansit Bihon Mix dissolved in 2 cups water. Bring to boil. Then add 300g mixed vegetables such as carrots, cabbage and green beans. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add 227g Pancit Bihon. Cook until noodles are tender and vegetables are done adding more water if necessary. Serve with fish sauce and Philippine lemon. Makes 4-6 servings.

Ingredients:Mix: Soy Sauce Powder (Soybeans, Salt, Dextrin), Corn (Maize) Starch (19.26%), Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Cane Sugar, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Paprika, Colour (Caramel), Flavour Enhancers (E627, E631).

Cornstarch Noodles: Corn (Maize) Starch (70%), Water.
