Description:X.O Rice Sticks (5mm)
Banh Pho Rice Noodles


Making Noodle Soup:
Put Prepared X.O Rice Stick (Rice Noodles) in boiling water for 45-50 seconds or desired texture.
Rinse with cold water and put into serving bowl. Pour with hot broth, then serve while hot.

Making Stir-Fry Noodle:
Pour 1-2 tbsp of cooking oil into a pan for 1 minute.
Add meats, vegetables and sauce, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add prepared X.O Rice Stick (Rice Noodles) and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked, then serve while hot.

Suggestion for preparation:
1) Soak Rice Stock in hot water for about 4-6 minutes (for fast preparation), or soak in warm water for about 45-60 minutes until it is softened.
2) Drain, and X.O Rice Stick (Rice Noodles) is ready to use for cooking.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep in air tight container.
Ingredients:Rice (87.3%), Water (10%), Modified Starch (E1414) (2.7%).
