Description:Mama Rice Sticks Noodles (Vermicelli)
All Natural. Gluten Free. No Preservatives.

3 Ways to cook. Crispy. Stir-Fry. Soup.

Preparation:
Crispy Noodles:
1. In a large wok, heat oil to 400F.
2. Gently add the rice stick and allow 4-5 seconds to puff.
3. Remove from oil and let it cool and drain on paper towels.
4. Serve as garnish, side dish or sprinkle with salt and serve as snack.

Stir-fry or soup noodles:
1. Boil rice stick in water for approximately 7 minutes or until soft enough.
2. Drain the water off and rinse with cool water, stand for 30 seconds.
3. Add to stir-fry or soup.

Store in cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
Ingredients:Rice (95%), Tapioca Starch (5%).
