Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Preparation
Shrimps, cabbages, clean and drained
Step 2: For the watery dough
Mix fried flour of 150g with 140ml water (approximately 10 spoons of water), stir steadily
Step 3: Process
Dip shrimps in fried flour
Boil in the little fire, when the frying pan is hot enough, put the foods in
