Description:Min Shi Fu Crispy Coating Mix (Crispy Tempura Batter Mix)

Store in a cool and dry place, keep in airtight container.

Instruction for use: Mix 50g of this tempura flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt, to marinade about 500g of meat for 20 minutes. Add water to the rest of this batter mix to make a tempura batter. Sip the meat in the batter, then fry in hot oil at 200C until it is cooked.

Produced on a line handling soya, sesame seeds, peanut and other nuts and seeds.
