Description:Custard Powder

Directions:
To make 5 litres of custard:
250g Custard powder
250g Sugar
5 litre Milk
Blend the custard powder and sugar with sufficient milk to make a smooth paste. Heat the remaining milk until almost boiling, add to the blended custard powder, stirring well. Return custard to the saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring continuously as the custard thickens. Return to the heat and serve immediately.

Ingredients:Corn Flour, Salt, Colour (Annato)
