Cooking Directions: (Makes 8-10 hotcakes)
Per 200g pack you will need:
2 Tbsp oil or margarine, melted. ⅔ cup water or milk. 1 pc egg.
1. Combine one pack White King Ube Flavoured Hotcake Mix, Milk or water, oil and egg in a medium bowl. Mix until fairly smooth.
2. Pour about ¼ cup batter onto preheated slightly greased griddle or pan
3. Cook for about 1 minute. Turn once when tops are bubbly
