Dahi Raitha (Yoghurt)
1 tsp of KTC Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp of KTC Chilli Powder
2 cups of Fresh Yoghurt
1 tsp Salt
Finely chopped Coriander Leaves

Method:
Stir the fresh yoghurt well
Add cumin powder, chilli powder with salt and mix well
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Garnish with coriander leaves before serving

Raitha is served with Biryani and all Indian Curries. Serves 3-4 persons.

Once opened store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
