Description:Mama Sita's Filipino Style Breading Mix

Just the right blend of herbs, spices and "crunch" makes this seasoning perfect for a variety of crispy breaded dishes.

Breaded Fried Chicken Recipe (Serves 4-5):
Ingredients:
1 pouch (50g) Mama Sita's Breading Mix
1.1 lb (1/2 kg) chicken
2 cups (500 ml) cooking oil
Cooking Instructions:
1. Cut chicken into serving pieces. Rinse, drain and pat dry
2. On a plate, roll chicken on Mama Sita's Breading Mix till thoroughly coated
3. Fry chicken on medium high heat, 4 to 5 pcs at a time. Ideally, 10-15 minutes each or until the juices run clear and outside is golden brown
4. Drain on a paper towel and serve with Mama Sita's Sweet Chilli Sauce or Mama Sita's Sweet and Sour Sauce

Substitutes: Fish fillet and vegetables
Variation: Mix 1 egg with Mama Sita's Breading Mix and proceed to cooking instructions as mentioned above.

Store in a cool dry place.
