Applicable to stewing of: meat, eggs, dried beancurd and kelp. Cook the beef with boiling water. Add additional cold water, sauce, crystal sugar, seasoning along with this grafrant spice complex bag and stew. The longer the stewing, the stonger the flavour. If you prefer a lighter flavour, retrieve the spice complex bag at you desirous time.

Store the bag in a refrigerator for repeat use until it runs out of the flavour.
