Pinapaitan
An Ilocano dish, slightly bitter with strong citrus notes, whose ingredients are as tasty as they are extraordinary.

Ingredients (Serves 6-8):
1kg (2.2lb) of beef, boiled until very tender & cut into serving pieces
1 pc green chilli
1 pack Mama Sita's Pinapaitan Mix dissolved in 2 1/2 cups (625ml) of broth, from boiling beef

Cooking Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil
2. Simmer for 5 mins and serve

Store in a cool, dry place.
