Description:Lobo Seasoning Mix For Thai Style Red Roast Duck
No Preservatives Added

A different version of duck preparation as compared to Five Spice cooking style. The duck is usually cooked whole. Remember to turn the duck over several times while baking in the oven.

Recipe: Roast Duck
(For 1 Duck)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse one duck of medium size and pat dry
2. Sprinkle contents of this packet over duck. Soak and rub thoroughly inside and out. Let set for 1 hour
3. Place duck in oven at 375 Degree F or 190 Degree C for 30 minutes. Turn duck over and roast until duck skin is crispy

Suggested Options: Birds, turkey and chicken

Store in a cool dry place.
