Product description:

Bread flour, wheat flour, corn flour perfect mix ratio, making fried food crispy outside and tender inside, and distinctive.

Edible method:
(1) Wash and cut 600g of chicken pieces (wings of drumsticks may also be used).
(2) Empty contents of this packet onto a plate. Coat chicken pieces evenly with seasoning mix.
(3) Add enough oil in a wok so that the chicken pieces can be immersed. Heat the oil to 165C.
(4) Deep fry coated chicken pieces in the oil for 5-9 minutes or until meat is cooked.

Tips:
1. May also salt to taste after step 1.
2. For better flavour, after step 2, quickly dip chicken pieces in cold water and repeat step 2.
