Description:Cooking instructions:
1. Scale a fresh fish about 1000g, take off its gills and bowel, rinse and slice (or cut into cubes), add some ginger slices and 20g cooking wine (or 10g spirits), mix together and leave to marinate for use.
2. Heat 70g vegetable oil in a pot, add 200g this seasoning, stir-fry until it gives off fragrance, add about 750g water (use chicken soup or bone soup will be better), heat until boil.
3. Cooked the marinated fish (for 3-5 minutes), you can add celery or shallot section, and boil a little moment, the dish is ready.
Ingredients:Soya Oil, Bean Sauce (Broad Bean, Water, Salt), Shallot, Chilli, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Pickled Cabbage, Ginger, Garlic, Sichuan Pepper, Natural Spices, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
