Description:Recipe: Teriyaki Spare Ribs
Cooking Directions:
Dissolve 50g Teriyaki Sauce Mix for Spare Ribs with 1/2 cup (120ml) of red wine
Bake/Charcoal Grill/Broil:
Prepare 1 kg (2 lbs) pork spare ribs cut into 2 to 3 rib pieces. Marinate for 45 minutes. Bake at 190 Degree C or 375 Degree F for 45-60 minutes. For a richer flavour, marinate spare ribs in refrigerator overnight.
