Description:Marinade For Thai Barbecue Chicken Kai Yang
This marinade features the flavour of Kai Yang, one of Northern Thailand's most popular spiced chicken recipes. Also tastes great with beef, lamb and turkey.

No Added MSG, Preservatives Or Artificial Colours.

Thai Barbecue Chicken Kai Yang (Serves 4):
Ingredients:
1 packet Thai Barbecue Chicken Marinade
900g (2 lb) chicken pieces or whole chicken legs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Lettuces and/or tomatoes as garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Marinate chicken with Marinade and oil. Cover and leave for at least 1 hour
2. To charcoal/electric grill: Baste at least twice with remaining marinade. Turn occasionally
To roast/bake: Pre-heat oven to 190 Degree C (375 Degree F) and roast for 30-45 minutes or until cooked. Baste at least twice with remaining marinade
To fry: Pan fry on medium heat until golden brown

Cooking Tips: Turkey, beef, lamb or duck may be used instead of chicken. For more intense flavours, leave to marinate for at least 1 hour or refrigerate overnight.

Allergen Advice: Contains Soy, Wheat, Maize, Mustard.

Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately.
