Preparation:
1 pack Herbal Chicken Soup Mix (Comprising 2 filter bags)
800g-1kg chicken, cut to preferred size.
1500ml (6 rice bowls) water.
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:
1. Place 2 filter bags (do not open bags) into boiling water for 30 minutes.
2. Add meat, cover and simmer over medium flame for 1.5 hours.
3. Add salt to taste.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients:Yu Zhu (35%), Cang Shen (15%), Dang Gui (12%), Fu Ling, Chuan Xiong, Bei Qi, Red Dates (Kerma Merah), Qi Zhi (3%), Gan Cao.
