Description:HDL Pickled Cabbage Hot Pot Seasoning (Hot & Sour Flavour)

Cooking Instructions
1. Hot Pot Seasoning: Mix this product with 600-700ml of water and add shiitake and fresh chilli peppers slices to taste. Bring to the boil and add other vegetables and meat of your choice, continue to cook thoroughly before consumption. Compliment with Hai Dai Lao Hot Pot Dipping Sauce for the best experience.
2. Tangy Noodle Soup (1-2 Portions): Add this product to 800-1000ml of boiling water, then add some vegetables and 100-150g of noodles and cook, scatter spring onion and serve.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
