Description:Aroy-D Tom Yum Paste

Recipe: (For 2-3 Persons)
1. Boil 2 cups (440g) of water, when it is boiled put 2 3/4 tablespoons (50g) of curry paste
2. Put 1/4 cup (15g) of galangal, 1/2 cup (30g) of lemongrass and 3/4 cup (50g) of mushrooms, then keep boiling.
3. Wait until it is boiled just put 1 cup (200g) of shrimps or your favourite meat (turn off the heat when it is boiled).
4. Pour 1/2 tablespoon (7.5g) of fish sauce and 1/2 tablespoon (7.5g) of lime juice or as preferred.
5. Before serving just put 2-3 leaves of kaffir lime leaves and some well-cut coriander leaves.
