Description:HDL Tomato Flavour Hot Pot Seasoning

Cooking Instructions:
For hot pot
1. Mixing the seasoning with 1000ml of drinkable water and spring onions, ginger slices, tomatoes and mushrooms depending on your personal preference. You can add vegetable and meat after boiling. Recommend serving with Hai Di Lao Hot Pot Dip.

For dish such as Tomato Stewed Sirloin
1. Choosing roughly 1kg sirloin and cutting into small pieces, then blanching, cutting the peeling tomatoes into small pieces.
2. Putting blanched sirloin pieces, spices, cooking wine and soy sauce into a pressure cooker, then pressurised.
3. Putting the product and tomatoes into the cooker, you can enjoy it when it is full-boiled.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
