Description:Lee Brand Wonton Soup Base Mix

Directions:
For soup stock (1 packet : 3 cups of boiling water)
For frying with rice, rice noodles, vegetables and all kinds of meat.

Wonton Soup:
Pour 3 cups (675ml) water into the pot, heat until boiling.
Add 1 packet (9g) Lee Brand Won Ton Soup Base Mix, stir together.
Add 10 dumpling won tons, return to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2-3 minutes or until fully cooked.
Add ½ cup Chinese mustard green (cut into 1 inch length), Stir together.
Pour into a bowl, serve while hot. Makes 2 servings.

Shrimp Fried Rice:
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil over medium flame.
Add ½ cup (80g) peeled, de-veined shrimp and 1 packet (9g) Lee Brand Won Ton Soup Base Mix, stir together and fry until fully cooked.
Add 3 cups (300g) cooked and cooled rice, stir and set aside.
Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil in pan, add 2 beaten eggs and quickly scramble.
Add rice; ¼ cup boiled carrot (finely diced); 2 tbsp chopped onion and ½ large green sweet pepper (cut into 1x2cm), mix well and serve. Makes 2 servings.
