Description:Wang Dried Kelp (Sagak Dashima Cut)

Fried Kelp:
Ingredients: 10g of dried kelp, 10 T of cooking oil, sugar, sesame.
1. Clean the surface of dried kelp with a moist cloth.
2. In a deep frying pan, heat oil to 180C and fry kelp.
As the smaller bubbles foam on the surface of kelp, remove kelp from cooking oil quickly.
3. Drain the oil and mix the kelp, sugar ans sesame to taste.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
