Description:Hang Fong Chinese Style Cured Dried Pork Sausage With Pork Liver (Lap Cheong)

Cooking Suggestions:
a. Steam for 20 minutes, cut into portions and serve with boiled rice or bread
b. Steam for 20 minutes, fry for approximately 5 minutes in oil, slice into portions and serve with boiled rice or bread

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5°C and consume within 2 weeks.
